"Taking part: art, culture and social inclusion

The aim of the "Taking part" theme is to reflect on the means of mobilising all Corsicans around the bid project in a participative and inclusive approach by questioning the place of cultural rights so that each citizen can move from being a passenger to becoming an ambassador and player in this adventure. Cross-cutting issues will also be addressed as part of this work, such as: the Mediterranean and European dimension; the mobilisation of young people; the territorial balance (the whole island) of the proposed actions; digital issues; questions of attractiveness; competitiveness; balanced tourism development and territorial development, while respecting the natural environment.
